Echo Massager Pro ™ 

We are from Hawaii were the weather is always rainy and humid. The weather has been agrivating my husbands arthritis. On our trip to Las Vegas, I went to the kiosk to try out the Oxygen bar because the smoke in the casino was killing me. While I was using the oxygen bar, the sales lady was talking to my hubby about the little machine. Since he has pain in this hand he decided to try it. (He doesent buy anything on the first try) He did this time! After 20 minutes of his hand slipped in the footwear( that you can purchase seperately with the machine), his arthritis pain in his hand was gone! He was sold on the machine. I liked the machine so much that I bought one for myself a couple days later. The negative side is, there needs to be more selection in the sticky pads (different sizes) and a more detailed instruction manual. other than that, the machine is great!

While in Las Vegas & staying at the Exclibur Casino I was approached by a sales lady (Which whom was very nice, Polite & informative) ask if I wanted to try it and I said sure why not. This little thing packed a powerfull massage. I didn't buy it right away, but countinued to tell my wife about. The wife told me that if I think it's that good I should buy it. Taking her advice I purchased one. Needless to say a very good investment. I let my wife try it because she was having some slight lower back pain. Also needless to say She purchased one of her own the next day!!!!!

I bought this tens machine a year ago and it was one of the best investments I ever made. I have owed others but this machine does wonders over all the others.

i got the massager back in july 2012 as the sales girl talked me into buying it. i have a back problem and i tried it at the vitality store in luxor hotel and found it extremely helpful so i bought it but sadly, the device they gave me didn't work. i tried it a couple of times but it doesn't work. i live in pakistan and i dont know how to claim the warranty and where to get it fixed from. pls guide me how to go abt it. >>>Coment: Please contact us at support@echomassager.com so we can replace it for you.<<<

The unit was a gift from my son. It is a great massage unit. Easy to travel with and easy to use. Does a terrific job on pain and/or stress relief. Unlike the other reviews I have read my battery needs recharging after only an hour or so. However I still give the unit 5 stars as it does an excellent job of what it was designed for.

At first I was intrigued by the Echo Massager when I saw it while spending New Years in Vegas. The sales clerk talked me into trying it out while I waited for my Starbucks order. I couldn’t believe the punch this little iPod Nano shape device gave. That massage session was enough to convince me into purchasing one and at a great price. I went back to my hotel room, and my father who suffers from back pain due to a work injury was like “I want one”. Needless to say I headed back down stairs to purchase another one. Lol. Everyone in my family loves the Echo Massager Pro. We have been using it constantly. It’s one of the greatest little inventions that work miracles. My lower back pain is relieved and I sleep more comfortable.

Couldnt believe how something so small can give out such power. I bought in vegas, and i was a bit worried about buying abroad, but checked the company out and it looked legit. Both myself and my husband use it, and we both love the results. Worth every penny (dollar) spent.

I bought this while in Vegas, and thought it was the best thing ever when I tried it. I didn't buy it right away but I couldn't grasp having the pay that price. But I couldn't stop taking about it to my husband. So later that day I went and purchased one. I've been using it every day since then.

I bought the unit to help with pain control and it does that in spades! For such a tiny unit, that travels so well, the battery charge just lasts and lasts. I use mine every other day, for approximately 40 minutes per use and it only needs to be charged every other month. The single best way to improve this unit would be to provide a better manual, that shows the proper placement of the pads. Also high on my list of possible improvements would be to provide alternate pad sizes, such as small pads for precise placement and large pads for larger muscles like legs and in particular for the back.

I BOUGHT IT AT THE LUXOR HOTEL BECAUSE I REALLY IT WHEN I TRIED IT AND AS SOON AS I GOT HOME TO TRY IT THE DEVICE DIDN'T WORK SO I EXCHANGED IT IT STILL DOESN'Y WORK I HAVEN'T HAD A CHANCE TO USE IT BECAUSE THEY KEEP SENDING ME ONES THAT DON'T WORK

The unit really surprised me because it was so small and compact I really didn't expect much. However once I started using the device I found it to be perfect for home and on the go. I was also surprised at how long the battery lasted between charges. I have used the unit for two months and still have not had to re-charge the battery.

Like many of the people who have written reviews, I bought my unit in Las Vegas. I have degenerative disc disease, seven herniatedand bulging, 3 in my neck and 4 in my lower back. I take pain medication daily. I have been using the unit every day since I bought it, and many times I am able to skip a percocet dose altogether! I am amazed it works as well as the unit at the doctor's office. I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from chronic pain. My only idea from improvement is larger pads for the lower back. Thanks for an awesome product!!

My husband has a lot of health issues. He is diabetic, has hypertension, just got out of the hospital with pneumonia and has an elevated diaphragm. He is in a lot of pain from the diaphragm and I was paying for weekly massages. We went on a trip to San Francisco where we found the Echo Massager Pro. Ever since I bought it i have not had to pay for anymore professional massages. We have to use it every night, and now my husband can sleep without pain. You can use if for pain relief and acupressure. I also use it for migraines that I have been under a doctors treatment for 12 years. Great investment if you have health problems. It will save you money in the long run!

while in vegas for my honeymoon two weeks ago my wife got hooked and asked if she could buy it. i thought it was a waste of money but said its up to her. she bought it and has used it everyday since. i have to admit i probably use it everyother day. so i do think it was worth the money. my wife has migranes constantly and we both have tight shoulders and sore back muscles from the work we do. it definitly helps after a long day of work. my only complaint is that its only about 2 weeks old and when both pads are on my shoulders i feel like one pad is stronger than the other. besides that, its great.

I bought my unit at PlanetHollywood (Vitality Store). I shipped it home with other stuff, but when I got home, realized that my unit did not come with an instruction manual. Anyone know where I can get a copy of it?

I picked up my Echo pro in Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago and I love it. I had some low back pain I could not get rid of and this did the trick after three days of using my Echo its so much better . I even take it to work with me and on stressful days it goes on my shoulders/neck area and I'm so relaxed. Thank you so much this is awesome!!

I had a lot of stress induced tension in my neck, shoulders and back, not anymore! I've been using the product for a week, I feel relaxed & limber. My husband has a lot of back, neck and leg pain from working construction all his life and every time he puts it on and turns it on, he starts smiling from ear to ear...this machine is sooo worth it!

I suffer from migraines and own lots of massagers from one for my neck a chair pad and a foot massager. My husband was in Vegas and as a present his mom suggested he get me one (she bought one too) I am so happy he listened. It is very small but does the trick. I run a home daycare and on days when I have a migraine I can place it on my upper back and run the cords under my shirt and place the pack in my pocket. It helps relieve my migraine pain so I can work and the kids have no idea it is there. None of my other massagers can be used like that and you can easily target the area needed unlike the other massagers. I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought my massager from the Luxor as well,,, so glad i did, it is so worth the money and is so easy to use,,, if you have back problems or problems with your muscles this will definately sort them out......

My chiropractor uses one of these as I think many do. A friend gave it to me as a gift and I use it about every day and love it. I feel very relaxed after using it. I have torn ligaments in both of my shoulders, this totally relaxes those muscles. Anyone who tries this once and never again is short changing himself. It is like trying vitamins only one time and saying they don't work. You have to play with it for awhile and find the setting you like. This is a very good product and I am quite impressed with the quality. Top notch!

Got this on vacation in Vegas at a little shop on the strip. we had been walking for awhile and my back was hurting. ... put the pads on my back and in 5 min. felt much better. ... had to have this little gem. .. I also have hip pain and it works great on any muscle. ...agree with all the other comments. ... buy it!.. you will love it!

I suffer from fibromyalgia and this little wonder helps so much. The intensity settings are great and the battery life is very impressive. I would highly recommend this product if you suffer from chronic muscle pain. I have recommended it to my family and my co workers.

When i was trying out the product with the sales lady after my water massage i bought it but not sure if i regret the purchase now. I have no clue how safe it is, it feels too good to be true not to have to work out and get bigger biceps. Im afraid for my long term health, because it feels way too unnatural. It also kind of hurts when u put it on an area of the body with hair and everyone thinks im a cancer patient or i need an IV whenever I use it.

I was on vacation with my GF at pier 39 @ SF CA. Decided to go into Vitality Aqua Massage and Oxygen Bar. Got an aqua massage and then the friendly sales associate introduced me to the echo massage pro. This thing works great and lossens up tight muscles. You can also you it on muscles thats not sore and it works the muscle out. If your thinking about buying this dont hesitate. My mom has a medical version that runs on a 9volt from the doctors and its no where as nice.

I was on a date with my girlfriend and we walked into the store at Pier 39 Fishermans wharf in San Francisco got the water massage the lady saw my limping in the store and got me these sandals which hooked up to the Echo massager and God man It felt good and the machine gives you like up to 16-18 hours of a massage on a hour charge I took it to work everyone loves it . I do Security .

Absolutely love it. Powerful massage in such a tiny little device. The small size allows me to use this at work where it has helped me to loosen those tense muscles around my neck and my shoulders. I would contribute it to helping ward off the headache I usually get after 12hrs on the job. Recommended it to my family and friends. (I too purchased it from an Oxgen bar at the Luxor in Las Vegas. My favorite souvenior from that trip by far!!)

We too were in Las Vegas when I suggested my wife get the water massage. Her feet and back were killing her from all the walking. After the massage she was back on feet feeling rejuvenated. The sales man had me try the Echo Massager while I waited for her. I fell in love with it. You see I had back surgery over two years ago and haven't walked since. The Echo Pro has been a God Send to me. I use it everyday and I can feel my right leg coming back to life. Since using the Eco I have started using my walker again and hope to walk on my own soon.

My Daughter bought me this device recently while on a trip to San Francisco's Fishermans Wharf. I have had sever back and neck problems for years.. Once the sales rep put this device on my neck, it was bliss! My Daughter raves about her's as well! (she bought two!) Bought in Vegas at Luxor- mom has ankle pain from an early break. She says after 2 uses it really helped!! I also think the instructions could be a bit more detailed. The pictures are good, but the placement and what it is for is vague. Husband bought for wrist pain from too much bowling :D

Ok I bought it at a stand by the "PIER" in SanFrancisco California while spending a weekend hanging out. Tried the full body water massager (OMG.... felt like i was in a warm waterfall that massaged me from head to toe. Yet I was fully dressed. No strange hands on me.... perfect idea!!!! only $15 for the best 10 mins of my life.) BUT.... It costs $30,000. So as I am leaving the cute newly from vegas sales guy told me to try the echo massager. OMG I want to sell these things myself. I used it in the car on the two hour drive home and everyday since. l am soooooo cheap people.... but its so powerful I felt like a fool not buying it. It does acupunture and my boyfriend uses it durimg his workout because it litterally does crunches for him. My bestfriend has back issues and used it.... it cracked jer back three times. now shes been jogging ranting on and on about it. It feels like hands are kneading your muscles and thats on level 2. Noone has been able to go passed 5 because its so intense but it goes to 10. Buy it buy it.....

Sounds like I fall into the same category of reviews so far, in that I also bought from a store in Las Vegas, part of the Miracle Mile shops. My wife and I are from the UK and tried this as part of a water massage and Oxygen bar thingy on our last day (water massage is great, oxygen bar is pointless IMO). As for the massager itself, I couldn\'t belive the tiny size of the thing when I saw it - I thought I'd been hooked up to a car battery during the ten minutes of smelly air breathing. Anyway, took a gamble (see what I did there?) and bought it from the very friendly shop assistant. Since we got back to the UK, I have used it constantly on lower back and shoulders. I am slightly concerned that it may be addictive - it is THAT GOOD! I don\'t really have any back or muscle problems but the massager just feels great. Still don\'t know how long it will last - feels flimsy as hell and is lighter than the 1 dollar bill I left the hotel with but seems to pack a punch much more than is scientifically possible. Probably find out its hazerdous to health in about 8 years but what the hell. Whilst we live in ignorant bliss, give it a go.

Like the others before me, I also bought this while on vacation in Vegas. I was surprised when my wife urged me to buy this but she insisted it could help with my cronic back and migraine problems. This thing really packs a punch. I can put this on Zen mode and relax within a few minutes. I have never had it up past half way on the intensity meter because it is so powerful it will start to cause pain if you are not careful. I also agree that the instructions could use a lot of work, otherwise I like the packaging and everything else about this. I look at it as an investment in my comfort and happiness. Not sure I would have made it look so much like an IPod because what happens when some idiot actually plugs in headphones and tries to listen to some songs...think about it.

Just bought mine while vacationing in Vegas and started using it as soon as I got back to the hotel. Much better than my friend's Dr. Ho TENS unit. Has helped my arthritis as well as stiff muscles. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have sufficient instructions. It would be nice to have more on the specific placement to stimulate specific muscles. I'm having to use trial and error to see what works.

This unit (2012) is lightweight, small, has many more modes, recharge options, and it packs a powerful punch! Better than the units used on me at the physical rehab places. I got it while on vacation. I was very hesitant at first since it was so small. I used it on my tired muscles all over, primarily my back. What a relief!!! I was soooo glad I purchased this unit. It's really made a big difference in my life. Wish it had a longer warranty like the 2011 unit (5 yrs) instead of 2 yrs. It's wonderful. It is easy to understand, easy to change the modes and strengths and the rechargable cord makes it cost free to operate, unlike my last one. I bought mine while on vacation, and was so happy traveling in the car and plane because it is so relaxing. I also liked the fact that there are two seperate sets of pads, I can place them on both my back and my wrist at the same time, and get a whole treatment in 20 minutes
